Reset or Update Your Password - Web for Learners
This article explains how to reset your password if you've forgotten it or update your password if you want to change it for security reasons. Both actions can be completed easily from either the login screen or your account settings in the Learner Portal.
Resetting Your Password (Forgotten Password)
If you are unable to access your account because you've forgotten your password, we offer a simple password reset process to help you regain access by following the below steps:
- On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click Send Email.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Open the email and click the link provided.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
Updating Your Password (While Logged In)
When you want to proactively change your password as a security measure, you can easily update it while logged into your account. Here's what you need to do:
- Click your name at the top of the left menu.
- Select Change Password option.
- Enter your new password (it must meet the criteria shown).
- Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Click Update to save changes.
