Find Your Notifications - Web for Learners
The notification page in your Learner Portal helps you stay updated on important information about your courses, assignments, and activities. It's your personal message center!
From the main dashboard, check the Up Next section for your latest notification. Click Read More for details.
To see all your notifications:
- From the left menu bar, go to your Dashboard, Schedule, or Assignments page.
- Click the bell icon. This will open a list of your notifications, organized into two tabs: Academics and News.
- Academics tab: You'll receive important alerts related to your learning progress and scheduled activities:
- Welcome Onboard: You'll get this notification when you are successfully enrolled in a new course.
- A New Report is Available: Alerts you when a new course report for you has been released.
- Your Assignment Has Been Graded: Notifies you when your submitted assignment has been graded.
- Upcoming Session: Reminds you about a session you're scheduled to attend soon. (Note: The system sends these reminders if your administrator has set them up in the course settings.).
- Assignment Due Soon: Alerts you when an assignment deadline is approaching. (Note: These reminders are sent if your administrator has set them up in the course settings.)
- News tab: You'll find general announcements or additional messages sent by administrators that aren't tied to a specific academic event.
- Click on any notification in the list to open and read its full content.
