1. How to find and join Upcoming Sessions
Before you can view or join any upcoming sessions, please ensure that you are logged into your Learner Portal account. Once logged in, you'll have access to all your scheduled sessions.
Viewing Your Upcoming Sessions
The Schedule page offers three convenient ways to view your upcoming sessions through the Up Next section in Dashboard, Upcoming Sessions and Calendar tabs.
Using the Up Next section in Dashboard
From the main dashboard, you can view your upcoming session in the Up Next section. The session will be displayed including course name and session date and time. For more details of that session, click View Details. A detailed window will then open showing you:
Session ID
Session Date & Time
Lesson Name
Lesson Goal
Session Recording
Extra Links
Instructor
Location Details
Using the Upcoming Sessions Tab
To access your upcoming sessions, navigate to the Schedule page and click on the Upcoming Sessions tab. Here's what you'll find:
The page is organized into two main sections for easy viewing:
- Today's Sessions: This section displays all of your sessions scheduled for the current day.
- Upcoming Sessions: Here you'll find all sessions scheduled for future dates.
Each session is listed in a table with the following information: Session Date, Session Time, Course Name, and Instructor. To help you find specific sessions more easily, you can use the Course Name and Instructor filters located above the table.
If the session has a virtual classroom link, you'll see the "Join" button 15 minutes before the session starts.
When you need more information about a particular session, hover over it and click the View Details button. A detailed window will then open showing you:
- Session ID
- Session Date & Time
- Lesson Name
- Lesson Goal
- Session Recording
- Extra Links
- Instructor
- Location Details
Using the Calendar Tab
To access the calendar view, you can go to the Schedule page and select the Calendar tab. This view presents a comprehensive monthly overview of your sessions. When you have multiple sessions scheduled for the same day, they'll be grouped together and show the total number of sessions.
The calendar offers three different viewing options that you can select from the top-right corner:
- Day View: Shows a detailed breakdown of today's sessions
- Week View: Displays all sessions scheduled for the current week
- Month View: Provides a broad overview of the entire month's sessions
To view detailed information about any session:
- Select the session or session folder you're interested in.
- Hover your cursor over the specific session.
- Click View Details for complete session information.
Joining Your Sessions
You have two convenient options for joining your scheduled sessions:
From Your Dashboard
To join a session from your dashboard:
- Open your Dashboard, you can view your session in the Up Next section.
- Click Join Now to enter your session.
From the Upcoming Sessions Tab
To join a session:
- Navigate to Schedule > Upcoming Sessions.
- Find your scheduled session.
- Watch for the Join button to appear 15 minutes before the start time.
- Click Join to enter your session.
Important: The Join button is available from 15 minutes before the scheduled start until the session ends.
2. How to access Past Sessions
You can review your completed sessions in three different ways: through the Past Sessions tab, the Calendar tab, or the Session History tab within each course.
Using the Past Sessions Tab in Schedule page
To view your session history:
Go to the Schedule page and select the Past Sessions tab. This view presents a comprehensive table of all your completed sessions. You can easily find specific sessions by using the Course Name or Instructor filters.
Using the Calendar Tab in Schedule page
To review past sessions in the calendar:
Navigate to Schedule > Calendar and choose your preferred view (Day, Week, or Month) depending on when the session occurred.
- Click on any session folder if multiple sessions were held that day.
- Hover over the specific session you want to review.
- Select View Details for complete information.
Using Session History in a Course details page
To review sessions for a specific course:
- Visit the My Learning page in the left menu bar.
- Select Courses tab.
- Select your desired course.
- Open the Session History tab.
You can easily filter these sessions using either the Session ID or Status filters. The session table provides detailed information including:
- Session ID
- Session Date & Time
- Credit transaction
- Status (Completed or Cancelled)

Note: You can only book sessions for courses that have been configured by the admin. If you want to book sessions but cant, please request support from the admin.
- When you're ready to book new sessions, start by visiting the Schedule page and look for the Book Session(s) button in the top-right corner.
- Then you can enter your desired course name in the search field and click the Search button to see all matching options.
- Browse through the list of available instructors and session times that appear.
- Select your preferred time slot and instructor to complete your booking.
Remember: After booking, your new session will automatically appear in both your Calendar and Upcoming Sessions tab.

4. How to request an Absence
Note: Absence request is available only when enabled by the admin for specific courses. If you need assistance with canceling a session, please contact admin support.
If you need to request an absence from a session, please note that you must submit your request before the session begins.
To submit your request: navigate to Schedule > Upcoming Sessions tab to view your scheduled sessions.
In the Upcoming Sessions table:
- Locate the session you need to request absence.
- Click View Details to open the session information.
- Look for and click the Request Absence button in the details window.
