Check Your Billing - Web for Parents

To view your billing information in LearningOS:

  1. On the main dashboard of LearningOS, click your Profile Photo to open Account Settings.

  2. From the dropdown menu, click Billing to view your Billing History, which includes:

    1. Course(s)

    2. Description

    3. Amount

    4. Due Date & Time

    5. Status

  3. Hover your cursor over the bill you want to review. You will see both a View button and a Download button:

    • Click the View button to open the bill as a PDF for review. 

    • Click the Download button to save the bill as a PDF. If you are viewing a bill in PDF mode, you can also click the Download icon to save it.
