Log in/out of Learner Portal - Web for Parents

Parents can access their LearningOS portal through multiple login options. This guide outlines the four supported login methods and how to log out once you are finished.

Log In to the LP

There are four ways to log in to LearningOS:

Sign in with Email
  1. From the login page, enter your email address.
  2. Click Sign in with Email.

  3. Check your email inbox for the verification code.

  4. Enter the verification code.

  5. Once verified, select User and enter your PIN.

  6. You will be logged in to your account.

Manual Sign-in
  1. On the login page, click Sign in manually instead.
  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click Sign In.

  4. Select User and enter your PIN.

  5. You will be logged in to your account.

Sign in with Google
  1. Click on the Google icon on the login page.
  2. Select your Google account or enter your Google email and password.

  3. Follow the prompts to allow access if necessary.

  4. Select User and enter your PIN.

  5. You will be logged in to your LearningOS account.

Sign in with Microsoft Teams
  1. Click on the Teams icon on the login page.
  2. Enter your Microsoft Teams credentials (email and password).

  3. Approve any security checks if prompted.

  4. Select User and enter your PIN.

  5. You will be logged in to your LearningOS account.

Log Out of the LP

You can log out of the Learner Portal using one of two methods:

From Your Profile
  1. Click your profile name at the top-left corner of the portal.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Log Out.
From the Workspace Menu
If you are logged into the Learner Portal and are part of multiple workspaces, you can use this method.
  1. Log in from the login page. 
  2. From the workspace switcher, you'll see an option to Log Out.
