Find Your Notifications - Web for Parents

The notification page in your Learner Portal helps you stay updated on important information about your child's courses, assignments, and activities. 
To view your notifications: 
  1. From the left menu bar, go to your Dashboard page. 
  2. Click the bell icon. This will open a list of your notifications, organized into two tabs: Academics and News.
    1. Academics tab: You'll receive important alerts related to your child's learning progress and scheduled activities:
      1. Welcome Onboard: You'll get this notification when your child is successfully enrolled in a new course.
      2. A New Report is Available: Alerts you when a new course report for your child has been released.
      3. Your Assignment Has Been Graded: Notifies you when your child's submitted assignment has been graded.
      4. Upcoming Session: Reminds you about a session your child is scheduled to attend soon. (Note: The system sends these reminders if your administrator has set them up in the course settings.).
      5. Assignment Due Soon: Alerts you when an assignment deadline is approaching. (Note: These reminders are sent if your administrator has set them up in the course settings.)
    2. News tab: You'll find general announcements or additional messages sent by administrators that aren't tied to a specific academic event.
  3. Click on any notification in the list to open and read its full content.
