Check Your Child's Credit Balance
Once your child has enrolled in a credit-based course, they'll have a specific Credit Balance just for that course. This is separate from your child's overall Credit Account and helps you understand how many credits your child has available for sessions within that particular course. To view the details of credit balance in a specific course:
On the main dashboard, go to the My Learning section.
Scroll through your child's available courses, and then click on a course to open it.
- Click on the Credit Balance tab.
Credit Balance Tab
The Credit balance tab will open, displaying a transaction history for all actions that have affected the Available Credits within this specific course.
Understanding Credit Balance Details
At the top of the Credit balance history page, you will see the following key terms:
- Enrolled Credits: Credits only used within the course.
- Used Credits: Credits spent on completed and future sessions
- Available Credits: Credits that remain available for use in the course.
Credit Balance Transaction History Table
You can filter the transactions using the three tabs: All (displays all transactions), Incoming (shows credits added to the balance), and Outgoing (shows credits deducted from the balance).
The table includes the following information for each transaction:
- Transaction Date: The date and time when the credit transaction occurred.
- Description: A descriptive name of the transaction.
- Account: The number of credits involved in the transaction.
- Balance: The available credits of the credit balance after the transaction was completed.
There are five types of transactions:
- Deposited: When an admin deposited credits to credit balance.
- Refunded: When an admin refund credits of credit balance. Credit will be refunded from credit balance to credit account.
- Deactivated: When an admin deactivated learner in a course. Deactivating a learner within a course will refund any remaining credits from credit balance to credit account.
- Spent on the session [Session date start time]: When an admin booked a session, the system automatically deducts credit from credit balance.
- Cancelled the session [Session date start time]: When an admin cancelled a session, credit will be returned to credit balance.
